Net Entertainment AB is the Swedish company that owns the subsidiaries based in Malta and other countries. They are also the company that is listed on the Swedish stock exchange. Recently, they lost an important tax case in a Swedish court regarding tax on revenues from their foreign subsidiaries.
The Swedish Tax Agency imposed an additional tax-bill of over 90 million SEK for the fiscal years of 2007-2010. Net Entertainment AB took this decision to court, but they lost. Now they have decided to appeal the decision to the Swedish Administrative Court, as they feel the decision is wrong.
